Very cool products and clothing.

Would support other Asian customers leaving comments here that “Ken” (as he was wearing the new Ken-themed tee and a rainbow wristed iwatch) who works in the male section up at first floor was quite rude and hostile to us for no reason. Ken was chatting with someone on the other side of the shop when I was there, so I thought I’d help myself to get the tee size I had eyes on the day before at the shop window. Apparently ken was not happy that I did not ask him for sizes and gave me the biggest pms treatment and dead laser eye (or lack of any eye contact at all) the whole time of my purchase. But now after readings comments here I would probably get the same treatment as our mere existence annoys Ken anyway.. Good news is the whole shop is fun and friendly like Edinburgh and you probably won’t meet another Ken during your stay here. Hopes the shop keeps him so no one else needs to meet him elsewhere :)

Very nice shop with great quality products I went to both shops in Edinburgh to check for a specific waterproof backpack and the staff was super friendly. When i went to buy the backpack, Dominica at the till, showed me that the backpack had a small line of ink from a pen and suggested to give me 10% off because it wasn't as i expected. I am really happy with my purchase and the experience. Thank you Dominica
