City PC Repairs

Handed in my (almost) prehistoric macbook pro to have the battery replaced. john was really attentive, kept in contact and sent updates throughout, also 100% the best price and service in the city. john also cleaned the inside of my laptop at no extra cost which i knew would be grossssss (thanks again for doing that, john). i'm very happy to report that my wee macbook now has a new lease of life. it's working perfectly, holds charge, runs quicker and no longer sounds like she may combust at any given moment - a previous and very genuine fear of mine. can't recommend john enough, he's a sound local lad and his wee dog is super sweet too.

When my microsoft surface laptop suffered a cracked screen i struggled to find anyone willing to touch it. john took on the repair and has done an excellent job with a turnaround time of less than a week. i have no hesitation in recommending him and could not be more pleased or grateful.

Definitely recommend! went to have a nintendo switch assessed and fixed. was given a quote, and eta for the fix after a very quick and thorough inspection. couldn’t be more happy with the service, will definitely return if/when the next device in our house needs a repair! (my son and i also loved the shop-dog!)
