Very helpful and patient. Everything explained clearly and all options for repair understood and priced very reasonably. Repair done promptly and well. Would definitely recommend and will be using this service again.

Great repair shop, super helpful, fast service, constant communication and very reasonable pricing. Took in my PC which had died and they helped me source the new parts, some second hand to keep down the costs, got it all set up and craftily handled getting windows migrated. Really nice folk, wouldn't hesitate to use them in future or recommend them to friends.

I contacted these guys to get a custom built PC for music production. Everything, from discussions/explanations of parts to service efficiency was top quality. They took the time to explain everything I needed to know about what I was buying and asked questions so that they knew how to get the best thing for me and when I got all the parts to them, they had a brand new custom built PC ready for me to collect the very next day. These guys are a safe bet if you are looking to do what I did!

Thibaut is a real gentleman, he had taken time to explain me the issue and kept me updated. Although it can't be fixed. I'm happy with the way he handled. Recommend him for PC or laptop repairs or purchase.
