Very efficient easy-to-use booking and appointment tracking system, online and messaging. Engineer Paul was on time, competent and thoroughly professional. They were able to source a part with a few days and return to fix a tumble dryer. Very reasonable pricing. Highly recommended, top class company. I shall be calling them first for any future appliance problems.

Our oven grill element needed replacing and it was all done professional by Lothian Domestics. The engineer Stuart was a nice lad and clearly knew his trade. Would have no hesitation in recommending.

The engineer arrived (Paul) after receiving an automated call letting me know he was on his way. He inspected my Samsung washing machine and was able to deduce the problem he then dealt with it and gave me tips on how to reduce this from happening again. Paul was very pleasant and courteous and resolved all my issues, well done.

A great experience from end to end. Both engineers who visited my place to repair s broken washing machine were very professional and showing genuine interest to help sort out the problem in the most cost efficient way.
