Recommended by neighbours. Only small jobs but were able to provide an early date, within a few days of contacting the company, for the work to be done. The job booking process was easy, but thorough and efficient. We were given a specific date and time for the job and the electrician arrived on the dot and was polite throughout and helpful in answering my questions about one of the jobs. I was also pleased with the job cost which was actually slightly less than I had guesstimated - (even though our neighbours had implied that the firm was maybe not the cheapest!) Can throughly recommend this firm for any domestic electrical work. we'll certainly use them again.

Never anything short of an excellent service. Everything is clearly explained and the electricians are always polite, efficient and turn up exactly when they say they will. They're also very honest. If the job isn't as big as you thought it was, they will tell you that, rather than press ahead for the sake of a more expensive task like others might. For this reason, I've come back for more business on a number of occasions.

Very happy with the service. I received a quote within a few hours of my request. The work was booked in for the next day. The electrician who removed old hard wired smoke alarms and installed linked up alarms (sorry forgotten his name), was very pleasant and thorough. They will definitely be my first choice if I need electrical work done in the future. I thought price very reasonable and would recommend to my friends and family.

Started the day with a broken shower, within minutes I had a response and a time in which one of the guys would come see me. Once Jack arrived he had my shower fixed within 20 minutes. He was really polite, easy to get on with, and brilliant at his work. 10/10 recommend Keith Gunn!
