Lumen are a great local company and we would recommend their service to everyone. from the outset they were responsive, contacting us quickly after our initial enquiry & booking a quote appointment within a day. andrew who came to quote was on time, helpful and clearly knowledgeable about what work was needed. the quote was nowhere near as expensive as we were expecting and all the work was carried out within a couple of weeks of our initial enquiry. the lumen electricians were friendly, efficient and very helpful. nothing was too much trouble and when i asked for a couple of changes on day 2 they didn’t mind at all. we are very, very pleased with the work that they have done. a trustworthy, efficient and well run company. thanks to andrew, connor, and the 2 jordans.

Electrician arrived early and asked if he could start the job earlier than planned. he was polite, tidy and knew what he was doing. nothing qs a problem and all work done quickly and efficiently.. will defo use again and have no problem recommending lumen,

Lumen electrical recently provided power to my shed, with a separate consumer box, light and mains sockets inside and outside the shed. jordan from lumen did the work to a very high standard and he was professional and polite through and through. jordan quickly informed me of an issue with there being no spare rcd circuit for connecting to my main consumer box in the house. however he quickly provided a solution to the issue by rewiring an underused circuit, thereby freeing up an rcd, which he then upgraded in order to provide the correct maximum current going to the shed. lumen provided a very competitive quote for the works. it is great to find an honest reliable contractor such as lumen when sadly these seem to be few and far between these days. i highly recommend lumen electrical based on the work they provided me. lumen would be first on my list for any future electrical work i may need done.

Lumen electrical attended to our store and quoted to replace our over door heater! excellent service from everyone involved, professional with the information and clear on eta's. cost wise again lumen are great and happy to come back for repeat business with them. thank you lumen electrical, ill be sure to give you a call again if we ever require you assistance again!
