Could not recommend emma and her whole team at knight frank highly enough. the service they provided from the beginning of the process until the end was outstanding. i am in no doubt that if selling my home again i would defiantly use emma/knight frank again. i do not believe you will find a more professional and effective team/agency.

Edward and his team in edinburgh were outstanding from start to finish. the enthusiasm and attention to detail was second to none. they went above and beyond in every aspect of the sale of our property and this was reflected in the sale, which surpassed all expectations. we were absolutely thrilled with what they achieved and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking to sell. professional and first class service at its very best. thank you!

We went with knight frank to sell our flat after meeting multiple property agents, because their staff stood out to be very responsive, positive, intelligent and professional. it can be hard deciding who to go with but knight frank were impressive in cutting out too much ‘sales’ talk and offered us realistic opinions and a price that we were happy with. they proved to be very reliable regarding all services required for the sale. we had an incident where an open valve from a neighbour’s pipe caused a leak into our flat while we were away on holiday. knight frank’s staff were extremely helpful during this short but stressful time, and went out of their way to mitigate the problem and work with the appropriate people who could fix it quickly. every time we dealt with them they were pleasant, efficient and professional. we were very impressed and recommend them highly to anyone.

I wanted to write a review to say how impressed ive been with the edinburgh team over the last few months. i have just completed a sale with ricardo volpi and from start to finish, he looked after me through the process. whether helping get the flat ready for sale or knowing how to push the buyer for a sharper price, hes been brilliant. i know the team are all dealing with lots of clients at any one time with lots to juggle but ricardo managed to make me feel like my flat was his priority. hanna was also great. new to the team but well up to speed with all that was going on. my flat had three shared owners on it so she had the unenviable task of coordinating my mother, father, and myself! im sure she's a great new addition to the team.

Rosi dow acted as knight frank’s representative in the purchase of our new house. from our first meeting at the property, she was enthusiastic and welcoming and well briefed in all matters to do with the sale. as the process developed through to purchase, rosi kept us well informed and even if she didn’t have instant answers to our queries, she very quickly came back with the information. she made the process easy for us and was always available with after sale assistance.
