We used your move for selling (edinburgh) and purchasing (livingston). maya from the edinburgh branch made the impossible, possible for us. our offer was accepted for our dream house, therefore, we had to move very quickly with selling our flat. i first contacted maya on monday, the same week on friday our flat was already on the market. within 4 days she managed to meet me in person at my flat, arrange a home report and media package with a virtual tour, on saturday we had our first viewing. we had several offers on the flat and we accepted the offer within 9 days from the day the flat was posted online. maya was very professional, helpful, patient, and prompt with answering any queries, was very transparent about the cost and what was included within the price, so there was no surprise at the end. she made the overall experience very smooth and we cannot recommend her enough.
