I received flowers from some friends using fioritalia. a lovely bouquet, very thoughtfully packaged. i could have left them in the box, which functions as a default vase if wanted, which was appreciated since we were in mourning and had recently moved, so didn't necessarily have a lot of bandwidth or access to vases (as it happened, we had both). delivered kindly and professionally.
