Amazing service provided from the moment they turned up to take my grandmother into their care. They were so caring and put thought into every detail including making the bed my gran was in. Hayley our planner was such a sweet but professional girl that listened and made us feel so welcome and made it that little bit easier to help plan and organise everything. She went above and beyond to meet our requests. Wouldn’t think twice of using the services they provide if needed again!

Fosters at West Mains Road dealt with my Mum's funeral for me, making it relatively stress free. Hayley who was my main point of contact was very good, explaining the process, and organising everything without pushing me into taking services I didn't want or need. The staff on the day at the cemetery were also very good making sure everything ran smoothly.

Friendly professional service from start to finish. All staff were empathetic, caring, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The funeral itself went very well and the team were very respectful. The order of service was very nice and looked very professional. Thank you helping to give mum the send off she deserved.
