She was able to create a visual of my family room so I could see the various options of furniture choices in terms of size and scale. We had great advice and service from Clare and her colleagues at the Edinburgh store and are really delighted with the sofa and footrest that we ordered - wonderful quality. Delivery was smooth, efficient and on time. Many thanks to Bob and his right hand hand who had to manoeuvre the sofa into our building in heavy rain (all 60 kg of it!)
