LIFT Gyms

A very well equipped gym. however, parts of the ceiling downstairs are covered in mould. one or two squirts of cilit bang and the problem would be solved! 5 stars once that is dealt with.

I'm so glad i signed up to lift gym. the staff are so friendly and helpful, and although the equipment looks complex from the street, guidance and support is always available. the atmosphere in general is friendly and non judgemental, it's a brilliant place to begin your fitness journey if you're considering a new challenge

I’ve been a member of this amazing gym for over 3 years now and it’s my sanctuary. it’s not just about fitness….it’s also about having fun with your “family” they also make amazing coffee!!

Great gym, me and my girlfriend have been a member for a few years. great amount and selection of equipment if you're into any sort of weight lifting. it's known for powerlifting, hence the 30 or so lifting stations with squat racks, but there's people and space for doing all sorts including olympic lifting, functional fitness and more standard muscle building training. all of that equipment and space means it's pretty easy to get equipment even if it's busy. always a friendly atmosphere, clean and looks nice... which are quite uncommon for places where people are taking their training seriously. staff have always been helpful and friendly as well. only leaving as we're moving out of the city.
