I am happy to be a member of this gym group! The staff is fantastic, and the facilities are top-notch. The gym is always clean and well-maintained, making my workouts a pleasure. The equipment available is modern, and the variety offered is impressive, providing me with an incredible workout experience every time I visit. I can confidently say that this gym has exceeded my expectations in every way. Being part of this gym group has improved my overall physical health, mental well-being, and has given me the motivation and encouragement to achieve my fitness goals. The trainers are knowledgeable and supportive, providing me with the guidance and expertise needed to push beyond my limits. Always a great experience coming to this gym. I have been a member for a couple of years now, and every time I am forced to go to another gym I just miss my home gym. Wide selection of great equipment, ideal for many types of workout, regardless of your level. Staff is always friendly and available, if it wasn't for a few of them I would have much less gym confidence. They are ready to answer any questions and guide you around. It is a huge plus that they are open 24/7, can fit it around my life very easily. Location is also amazing! Can only recommend. :)

Best gym I've been to in Edinburgh so far. Really accessible and the staff are great, always up for helping or for a chat. It's always been spotless when I've gone in. There's more than enough machines and weights for the user base, it's never been overcrowded for me and I go all different times of day. Excellent gym especially for the price. Highly recommended!

I used to train here while I was in Edinburgh. I had a great time. Staffs were so friendly. If the place gets too busy it might be hard to get an equipment as there is not a lot of equipments. Other than that I trained here for many months and it was really good.

This gym is perfectly located in the city centre, yet it's not very crowded - at least that's my experience, being an off-peak member and trying to visit as early as possible. The monthly cost is very competitive and provides access to great facilities and equipment - there are plenty of benches, weight sets, machines and mats for every type of exercise. Make sure to bring your own padlock for the lockers. There's also a regular schedule of classes on different exercises, where one of the trainers will walk you through the best technique in order to avoid injuries. On my first day I signed up for the dead lift class with Charlie Memmory and despite the fact that I was the only one taking the class that day, he did a great job of showing how to do it properly, explaining what's the purpose of the exercise and how to embed it in my routine over time - very valuable coaching. They also have a very good app where you can see how many people are in the gym in real time, a list of all upcoming classes, as well as record and track your exercise. The staff is friendly and helpful and the gym is always clean, which provides for a great welcoming atmosphere. The people working here are definitely passionate about sports and gym culture.
