This is an exceptional company. My mother was a midwife and then ran an old people's home. She has very high standards for what carers should provide. She loves Brightcare and has built up strong bonds with a number of their carers. In many ways, they are better than family. I used to take full responsibility for every aspect of my mother's care. In recent years that hasn't been possible. My mother's current Care Manager Nicki Gosman is kind and patient and basically takes everything off my shoulders. She thinks of every detail and very solution focused. I'm very grateful to her and in all honesty don't know how I would manage without her help. All the staff go the extra mile. I've recommended Brightcare to a number of people. And will continue to do so.

Hi, we have now been with Bright Care for 8 years and in that time have found them to have exceptionally high standards with the people they employ. Not only the carers themselves but the office staff as well. Our current care manager (Maddie) goes above and beyond to help us at all times. She is the best care manager we had in the 8 years we have been with them. Always get back to us in a timely manner, nothing is ever to much trouble for her.

We were looking for carers who would provide companionship and activity for our Mum, not just basic care needs and the package offered by Bright Care sounded ideal. Helen was very supportive and understanding. Rather than giving us a hard sell she recognised we needed time to consider options and encouraged us to take our time and gave us helpful advice. Sadly Mum wasn't in a position to stay at home much longer so we weren't able to experience the service but overall we had a good impression of the company.

We have been delighted with the service we have received from Bright Care. We had previously tried another agency but Bright Care are the best. I am 90 and had a hip replacement in the summer as a result of a fall but recovery has been inhibited by vascular parkinsonism with the result that I am disabled and have great difficulty walking, which I can only do with two sticks. My wife has her own health issues; at age nearly 88 she suffers from exhaustion, she has some memory problems and previously had bowel cancer, which has resulted in periodic bowel blockages that have required her to go into hospital for some days. The girls who comes from Bright Care are excellent and delightful. We mainly require them to prepare our evening meal, clear up afterwards and set trays for breakfast, but also to make sure we are all right. But they will readily do anything we ask, including cleaning and getting messages from the shops. They are very pleasant company and we look forward to their visits. Gavin McCrone

My mum and dad used Bright Care for over ten years before my mum evently had to move into a home. They were always very happy with service that was provided. The carers were professional but kind, flexible and willing to go the extra mile to make them happy. This helped mum stay at home as long as she did.
