I purchased my Tudor BB GMT from Fraser Hart, the sales service was excellent and Brodie was a brilliant salesman. Very easy to talk with and extremely accommodating when asking to see different models of the Tudor line up. Highly recommend!

Visited this branch in 2021 to pick out my engagement ring, and again in 2023 to pick our wedding bands. The service has been excellent on both occasions. Big thank you to Amy for helping us pick the right bands for us, very friendly and informative! I don't remember the name of the person helping us with my engagement ring, but he was excellent as well. Would definitely recommend.

I visited Fraser Hart Edinburgh to buy myself a Tag Heuer watch for my 55th. From the outset the staff were fantastic and in particular Brodie who sold me the watch. Sadly the watch was faulty these things happen, a new one was sent out but another issue had arisen with the second one. But I'll take my hat off to Brodie and Denise they went beyond expectations to sort this issue out. The kind gestures and a perfect Tag Heuer arrived this morning and they have done themselves proud and turned it around immaculately!! I can't thank you enough and I will call in again soon to say hi. The experience did not put me off going again. Well done you deserve the recognition ⭐⭐⭐

I recently lost my engagement ring and had a tough time dealing with my house insurance to get a replacement organised. Emma the manager at the Fraser Hart store in Edinburgh went above and beyond to help me to quickly source a replacement of my original ring. She was very understanding and supportive during quite an emotional time and her kindness meant so much. I would highly recommend Emma and her team. Thanks again for everything!
