I recently bought a citizen cb5896-54x watch at a fantastic discount direct from the website. royal mail special delivery was included free. when the watch arrived it was beautifully hand packed, and a insurance valuation certificate was also supplied, which was a pleasant surprise. definitely above and beyond customer service, and with a great discount too!

I ordered some quaich's as thank you gifts for those who helped with my online burns supper this year (2021). service was top class 🏆. everyone said that their gift arrived sturdily packaged and elegantly presented, and the chocolates were a lovely luxurious extra. many thanks 😍

I am from edinburgh originally although live in leicester. i knew i wanted my engagement ring from macintyres because of the quality of jewellery they sell and also because of their fantastic service. they didn’t disappoint. i found exactly what i wanted and the advice given to me by nicole was really useful. my ring was couriered to me and i received it today. it’s just beautiful and i am so happy with it. cannot wait to visit to buy our wedding rings.

I can’t recommend them enough, i had been trying to find the right bracelet for weeks and something which looked similar to a bracelet of my partners that he can no longer wear as it is too worn. after searching the internet for days i stumbled across macintyres and found exactly what i was looking for. i messaged their instagram page for some specifics on the sunday evening and got a reply the same day. they confirmed specifics on monday and i placed the order and it arrived the next day. i couldn’t fault the service at all it was brilliant! fast delivery and lovely members of staff for helping me find what i was looking for. would definitely recommend great business. lovely packaging too!
