I was really satisfied with the service provided- a change of lock and provision of keys (in the process, William also managed to fix our door that wouldn’t shut properly without slamming it, so that was genuinely much appreciated). It was a pleasant and smooth experience and I’d be happy to recommend him to friends.

Three days after I got the keys to my new flat, the wonky lock broke and I was stranded outside. William arrived in under 30 minutes and replaced the cylinder in no time. We had a great conversation as well! I would definitely recommend Albany to everyone.

Brilliant service from William. Responded immediately to initial phone call, scheduled work within a few days as it was not an emergency, and carried out work to our total satisfaction. He also answered all questions posed about the overall security of our property, focussing on issues which could affect any insurance claim.

First rate service from Willie. I needed something quickly, but not urgenty (an internal door lock fitted). Explained the situation and he gave options. Arrived when promised, did the job quickly, and from what I can see to a perfect standard. Nice bloke too. Will definitely use him again if I have a need.
