Got locked out of the flat today due to a jammed lock. called alcatraz locksmiths and danny was able to come to the flat promptly, fixed the problem and all for a very reasonable price. i would not hesitate to use them again. highly recommended.
My key broke in the lock on a sunday afternoon leaving me locked out. i called danny at alcatraz and he was out really quickly and sorted the problem in less than 5 minutes with a full explication of what needed done. very reasonably price and very professional, highly recommend!
Excellent service from danny. called him on friday night, he was onsite on monday assessing the work and the job was completed by tuesday, all done at a competitive price.
Great service, highly recommended. had a visit within 2 hours from making initial enquiry. everything done quickly and new lock - much safer than previous - works perfect. very good pricing as well, clearly stating the cost, without any hidden fees.
Danny got back to my email very quickly and arranged to come over the following day. he had a look at the upvc door lock that has bothered us for ages and fixed it no problem within an hour for a totally fair price! another tradesman had looked already and was going to come back - and never did. alcatraz we super reliable and did a great job, very happy! 5 stars!
