*update 03/03/23 : intercom and locking system in stairwell malfunctioning, stuck on unlock, with a buzzing sound all night, called smartlox and they were there within the hour, reset the locking mechanism, and buzzing has stopped. Great service and super efficient. Cheers! Quick responses, great service at reasonable price, fitted a lock in our communal stair, and arranged spare keys for all the neighbours. Can’t fault the service. Would highly recommend.

Steven was a massive help in providing over the phone direction on a magnetic lock issue we were facing. We managed to fix it ourselves without a call out. Smartlox is now on out list of local service providers should we ever encounter a lock problem.
