We bought a mattress in the height of the covid pandemic and Bernadette was a complete star! She gave us a consultation over the phone from the warehouse where she actually lay down on various beds so she could describe how they felt and asked us plenty of questions to get to the bottom of our ideal sleep. We ended up getting Sienna Pure in superking and it was delivered the very next day and the delivery men put it straight onto our frame. Unrivalled customer service, excellent value and the single most comfortable bed I have ever had the pleasure of sleeping on.

Bought a new mattress a few months ago now. The service/advice we received at the Newbridge showroom was second to none. We were in there for over 2 hours deciding on which mattress to buy but never felt pushed or rushed into a decision. I will never go anywhere else going forward and can't recommend them enough!
