Craig at the Bed Shop, Edinburgh was very helpful in mid March 2023 when we called in looking to buy a new super king sized bed. He told us everything we needed to know to make an informed decision then told us that we didn’t need to make a decision straightaway as he would honour our quote until the end of the month. When we went back to order the bed we were informed that it was quite ok to delay delivery by at least a month (to fit in with our house move) and that delivery 45 miles away was easily organised. Our bed was duly delivered on the due date and unpacked with all packaging taken away. All in all a great service and most importantly a very comfortable bed!

We purchased a mattress for a spare bedroom. Great price and quality. Delivery was within days. Manager at the store was very friendly and helpful. The 2 guys who delivered the mattress brought it right up the stairs into the bedroom. Perfect experience!

Drew was very helpful in our choice of new bed and mattress. He showed us a variety of different options and was very clear explaining the features to us. I would recommend this shop. They also offer an assembly and removal option which we took advantage off. The time frame was quoted as roughly 2 weeks. Watch this space for an update after delivery.

Just bought a new bed, mattress and head board from The Bed Shop. Drew was very knowledgeable and helpful. He listened closely to our requirements and highlighted different benefits of the options.
