Excellent customer service from the O2 team. I couldn't recommend it enough whether you wish to purchase something or just need help with tech questions. Super friendly, knowledgeable, patient and polite staff. Shout out to Alberto for his patience and expert advice.

I cannot thank the staff enough for the service and politeness they gave me. My phone was showing the dreaded death screen and although it was charging it was getting extremely hot to touch. It must of been a devil phone because it kept switching itself on and off. I was greeted by a very pleasant nice chap as soon as I arrived in store, who passed me over to Aaron who supplied/sold me another phone (as mine was completely burnt out). He kindly set it up for me and took the time in showing me how to navigate around it. I left the store happy and so pleased with my purchase. So a massive big thank you to the guys and Aaron mind and get histamine for your hay-fever and Charlie(new guy at the store - all the best)

Client was at shop and a gentleman called Arron was very,very helpful, and a thank this gentleman for his work,as it a think not easy, but did it,and did it well, so a big thanks younger man as u did not give in!!! ,More staff Ike Arron ,02 would only get better, Stevie Donahue.. . 1 prob a can't ever get to speak to anyone???, . Will try once more a get client to try, but is busy so will see how it goes???.

Visited this shop today as I required help and advice with using my new Pixel phone. There had been a new update which confused me even more. (I am not very technically minded) The issues I had were rectified by Ahmed who was exceptionally patient and after fixing each problem, took the time to explain exactly what he had done to sort them out. He also said if I had any further problems not to hesitate to go back. Left the shop very happy and was impressed at how friendly and helpful all the Staff were. Excellent Customer service.
