While 3 customer service on the phone have been an absolute nightmare (to say the very least), the staff in store have been a DELIGHT. They’ve helped me out with every single thing from start to finish - and it has not been a quick or easy process to fix the unfathomable mess that the phone team have made of my order. All the staff were brilliant, but Arjan in particular was amazing! Very knowledgable, very patient, and made everything a lot easier. Give that guy a promotion!

Oli in store was friendly, patient and extremely helpful. He resolved two issues with my mobile. I'm delighted!
