Great service! Jaimie Robertson went absolutely above and beyond to find us the right product, even redoing our application a couple of times when we run into hiccups. He was always available to answer questions and very patient. Our only regret is not having gone in person for an initial chat, which might have avoided some email back-and-forth, but their office seems quite accessible in the New Town, so that would have been easy to do. Highly recommend!

We were assigned a mortgage broker following our offer being accepted a couple of months ago. And it's fair to say our initial experience was not good. This led to significant delays in the process and a certain jadedness in us coupled with a real dread that we would loose a flat that we'd spent over a year looking for. We were then assigned with a new broker at MAB - Steve Wilson who absolutely reinvigorated the whole process. Steven's communication has been consistent, honest, direct and the work that he put in to secure this mortgage has been exemplary. I know it's easy to say good things after you've been successful in an application. But we would have left this review anyway because Steven's level of professional integrity and dedication to the task at hand should be commended wherever you find it. We'd also very much like to thank James Young who also went above and beyond to ensure that our mortgage offer reached completion and and many thanks to Tyler for sending through the documentation. All in all what a team!
