Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Shandwick Place

I'm very pleased with my new glasses, both pairs! also thank you for the excellent service and accommodating both my contact lens check and eye test for glasses into the one appointment!

The optician was excellent but when i went to collect my glasses, the attendant fitted them but i had to return twice ( once with the same attendant then a second with a different but more senior attendant) before they were fitted to my comfort.

The best experience i have ever had! had a full eye test, oct scan, and peripheral vision test. optician explained everything to me and suggested lenses to suit my needs and long hours in front of pcs. i ordered the super digital varifocal lenses and i think my life has changed forever since i got them. no more headaches, no double vision. i got 2 frames for the price of 1 (a normal pair and a pair of marc jabobs fab sunglasses, both varifocal). everyone was so polite, so helpful, so pleasant to speak to! it has been a real joy to meet everyone at specsavers shandwick place. i already told my friends and colleagues this is the place to go if the want a 5 star service. thank you team! you are all amazing! Went in with a broken frame but ended up getting a full eye test. the staff were very professional. they even arranged to have my new glasses sent to my local store in stratford upon avon when they were ready. wonderful service. thank you everyone at the north bridge store
