Staff is super friendly and helpful, there's a great selection of glasses to choose from. they're also prompt in making corrections when things go awry, such as a prescription not working for the customer. my go-to place for everything eye-related.

Kelly was incredibly helpful, polite and friendly. i only popped in for an adjustment on glasses and she refused to take money. blown away by the service. would highly recommend

I went here to choose our new frames. i am super bad at style and clearly looked lost. a lovely member of staff came and helped me through the whole process and recommended what looked best for my face shape, etc. he was absolutely fabulous and helped me so much. made the whole process a lot less scary, and i was out and the whole process done within 20minutes. thank you mr purbo!!!

Staff are always very helpful. on this occasion i was served by jesse , she helped me pick my frames and talked me through the particular type of glasses i needed for work, and i'm really pleased with them. excellent knowledge , definitely recommend the north bridge branch.

Excellent service: friendly, patient, knowledgeable, experienced and efficient. i've used both independent opticians and national chains over the course of over two decades, and i've bad and good experiences with both. this branch of specsavers is one of the best opticians i've used – i'll definitely be using them again.
