Excellent service! got a short notice appointment even though i was not registered with them and received a brilliant service! very good prices and following of the covid-19 safety measures. overall it felt like this was a great service,with super friendly staff and high standards of customer service!

Friendly staff, clean, neat practice. gave 3 stars as the facility is not wheelchair/pram friendly. i have a 2 month old baby and was not able to get their pram to the second floor.

Extremely friendly and kind service. the glue on my retainer came partially off in the spring of 2021; wire started cutting into my tongue. panicked, i called this practice; as i'd never gone to an orthodontist in the uk, i was very nervous. i was reassured on the phone, the woman i spoke to was very patient and kind. appointment scheduled within 10 days in times of covid, so went relatively fast. staff was incredibly friendly and empathetic, did good work fast and comfortably, checking in on me during. finished with affordable pricing and a positive feeling :)!

My son is at the start of his tooth straightening journey but so far scottish orthodontics morningside have been very efficient in their communication and professional in his treatment.

What stood out for me is the doctor (forgot his name) took the time to explain the entire process and we never felt rushed , and my other boy was with us and he checked him out for free. extremely personable and it was a real pleasure to speak and learn from him. we have confidence in his experience snd his staff . finally , they pick up the phone and it is not a ridiculous wait time.
