I’m not in the best of flats , full of gaps holes and it’s an old block . This has been the second time I’ve used them . It’s a family run business but the lady Sylvia couldn’t be nicer . She was so kind caring & helpful . I was in a desperate panic when I emailed and by her kindness she got her son to come on Monday after phoning me on Sunday . Her son was very kind , friendly and helpful above and beyond . I normally get anxious around men I don’t know but he was amazing ! I was having to originally pay but as holes in flat are not my fault , he contacted my housing and spoke with the wonderful housing officer I now have , and he requested that this be the housing that pay ( which normally they wouldn’t )and I was kindly granted this . I cannot say Thankyou enough. It’s an invaluable service that really is worth every penny and I would have had the money to pay if need be but thanks to this amazing company with the best family members as I was treated so well before and with the Father too also helping to treat my problems with first time I had wee critters to treat my property. The words Thankyou and my gratitude to this family , just don’t express enough how much I’m thankful and how much they helped me . Outstanding and thankyou for everything. After being led up the garden path by two other companies who attempted to rip me off I was very happy with the advice and service I received from Graeme and his team in dealing with pigeons roosting on my balcony. Graeme surveyed, explained the best way to deal with the birds and quoted me a fair price. I am so happy with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Graeme and his business.
