A good experience overall. pooch came out looking and smelling fabulous. would have been 5 stars except for being told, in front of other customers when i went to collect her, that i should have been charged more as my girl hadn't been groomed recently. this question hadn't been asked beforehand & i'd already paid the required 50% to secure the booking. however my dog isn't the best behaved but they handled her very well and she'd obviously enjoyed all the attention.

Been taking jackson to kirsty since she's opened. will not go anywhere else, great job and one to one, stress free service for your dog. highly recommend this salon

These guys are so great. my wee chihuahua is so fussy and not always comfortable with others. this does not apply here. chester loves his groomer and always leaves looking shaaarp.

My dog looks great + had an excellent time! he is pretty stubborn, but the staff handled him excellently, did a fab job and he was very happy. after a couple of bad experiences with another groomer, im so glad to have found this place.

Took my harry for his first visit for the puppy introduction to the place and when he came back he had two eyes again. we have booked him in for his next appointment for the full works so i will update. nice little set up and very nice people in there. i went to the leigh shop. easy to find and no problem for drop off and parking as you know what edinburgh can be like. looking forward to his next visit. two happy customers. 😊
