Pomo Pizzeria

I took my son to watch Scotland v Wales in the Rugby on Saturday 11th Feb. We went for a meal at Pomo Pizzeria. The place was very busy and the staff were very friendly and polite. My son had a pizza and I had the Salmon Linguine. It was amazing one of the best meals I have had. I would highly recommend this restaurant and the Salmon Linguine. My compliments to Chef and all the staff. Thanks for a great night.

I had the garlic bread, bruschetta, and the spaghetti Bolognese. The garlic bread didn't seem to have any garlic, just some melted butter. The bruschetta just had maybe a little bit of olive oil and some chopped up tomatoes. Maybe my American pallet is spoiled but both tasted very bland. The spaghetti bolognese was pretty good. The portion was good. I had a glass of white wine and a glass of red. Both were pretty good. The service initially was excellent although inconsistent. The food came out quickly. The place was packed. Perhaps meals others had were better given the ratings. The ratings brought me here and I must say I left slightly disappointed overall. Not bad but not worth the ratings imho.

Had an amazing time here booked for the evening for two lovely table and great service. I cannot remember the Front of houses name but she was very accomodating. We were on our mini moon after getting married and we were given some extra Limincello which went down a treat! 10/10 for the pizzas! Good price for the size!

A perfect pizzeria. The pizza dough was crispy and thin, and the filling was perfect. We had two desserts, tiramisu and vanilla ice cream, the best desserts we've had in years. I highly recommend this restaurant, very friendly and fast service.

Sweeney Family meet up all ordering different options. Pizza and pasta all amazing as expected. Service was spot on and a real family feel. Excellent value for money. Will be back very soon!
