Despite some initial communication issues that left me frustrated and prompted me to express my dissatisfaction through a critical review, I have had a very positive experience with SD Plumbing. The owner of the company personally reached out to me following my review, expressing a genuine desire to rectify the situation. This was an unexpected but appreciated gesture, but Shaun made sure to back up his promises with tangible service improvements. Shaun, along with Joe, one of their engineers, visited my property to service the boiler. The level of professionalism they displayed was noteworthy. Shaun began the visit by personally apologizing for the initial communication issues, a testament to his commitment to customer satisfaction and a gesture I greatly respected. Joe, on his part, was engaging and informative. He displayed a thorough understanding of his craft, explaining every step of the process to me, patiently answering my questions and providing invaluable advice. This kind of transparency is something I truly appreciate when dealing with any service provider. In spite of the initial frustrations, the service provided by SD Plumbing was smooth and efficient. Their follow-up on my complaint and the way they made amends certainly left a positive impression on me. This is a company that clearly cares about its customers and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction. Based on this experience, I wholeheartedly recommend SD Plumbing and I will be utilising their services again. Amazing Edinburgh based company! Joe, Shaun and the lovely ladies on the phone are all pleasure to work with. They turn up on time, are straightforward and honest with you about what's needed and clearly take great pride in their work.

My call to SD Plumbing & Heating resulted in a prompt visit from Joe to investigate loss of hot water supply in my flat, a discussion of options to fix the problem and completion of necessary work the same week. Joe's workmanship was of a high standard and communication from Shaun regarding cost and dates was excellent. I would use this company again and can recommend them 100%.

Delighted we have found a plumber that gives reasonable quotes, turns up on time and keeps you informed. Also did an excellent job fixing a leak under our toilet. Lee was a hard worker, friendly, efficient and tidy. We are very happy with the work carried out and would definitely recommend. We will certainly be using SDPlumbing again.
