Clouds Property Management, Edinburgh

I have rented a property with clouds for 3 years and from start to finish, i cannot fault my service with them. any small issues with the property were fixed promptly, and we always received great service from both the letting agents and the contractors they use. we were always made to feel like the property was our home and not just somewhere we were renting, and so any issues we had were treated as important and a priority. every person that we have dealt with from clouds during out tenancy has been great, but most recently ben has been our main point of contact. i can't thank him enough for his help with the moving out process and for making us feel at ease throughout (as so often with letting agencies in edinburgh this is not the case!). i can absolutley recommend to other people looking to rent in edinburgh!

Clouds have managed our apartment in central edinburgh for the last 7 years. we have found them to be efficient, effective and consistently easy to deal with. they have always been on hand to ensure a high standard of service to both tenants and landlord, and we have over this time developed great confidence in clouds’ capacity to effectively manage the whole process. recently, mark and his team succeeded in securing a very satisfactory rental agreement with good tenants, despite the not insignificant challenges of the covid pandemic. we continue to be exceptionally pleased with the service we have received from clouds.
