The quality of service that Cullen have provided whilst looking for a new rental property has been excellent. Both Rachel and Morven have been incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. They respond to queries quickly and thoroughly. We are only a few weeks into our tenancy, but the quality of service thus far gives me a lot of confidence going forward.

We moved to Edinburgh from Ireland and were anticipating additional stress because of this, but from the first contact we had with Ashleigh and Ben they have been so helpful. We were able to view the property remotely, which saved us a lot of time and money, and each stage of the application process felt extremely professional and well-organised. They are also very quick to respond to emails and deal with issues, which has been a real breath of fresh air compared with other agents we've dealt with. As a tenant (especially these days, with high demand for rental properties) it can sometimes feel like you have no agency, but we really feel like valued clients with this company.

I have found all the staff, with whom I have dealt, to be approachable and responsive to phone calls and emails ( even on national holidays!) and would highly recommend them.
