Really great experience with Pure Property, especially compared to previous landlords. Pure Property have been very generous and flexible when leasing their flat to us. They were very responsive and communicative during the application and signing process, and we received all the relevant up-to-date documentation and more. They were very friendly, and signing the house was an easy process, since they have a lot of cool digital services to ease the process. For example, we just needed an app to do all rental checks prior to signing. There is a company who helps with bills and utilities if necessary, and they also have a simple maintenance report website for queries, which is very thorough and organised. So far, it has worked great and Pure Property have been responsive and understanding. Overall, would definitely recommend.
