Southside Property Management

Recently relocated from London to Edinburgh and got a flat through Southside Property Management. The process was as smooth as relocating from another city could be. I was able to review and sign all relevant documents remotely and it was easy to arrange from a friend to pick up the keys. They have been good so far and no complaints!

I've rented from Southside for a couple of years and have been really happy with the them. Our property managers Katy and Leah were always nice and professional, and all of the issues and repairs were sorted out quickly. Also one of the few letting agencies accepting international guarantors, which has been a huge help trying to rent a flat as a non-UK student! One of the best in Edinburgh, would recommend

We recently moved into our property in central Edinburgh and Southside have been supportive so far. Our property manager, Ryan, has been responsive and helpful where needed. We had a few issues moving in, such as damaged wallpaper, water marks and smells from previous tenants but they are in the process of getting solved.

I moved into a Southside property a few months ago and they have been super helpful with moving into my first flat. My property manager Katy and her property management assistant Leah have been amazing in quickly resolving any problems I or my flatmate have. It is great to know that whenever I voice a concern as a tenant I can quickly receive a response!

Every interaction with the people from Southside has been very positive, both before the move, with Anna being tremendously helpful in helping to sort out a last minute problem, and after the move, with our property manager Lucy dealing with issues quickly and keeping us fully informed throughout.
