My point of contact was Caitlin Turnbull. When I applied for a job it turned out it was through Reed and Caitlin contacted me very quickly. Caitlin took the time to find out what sort of work I would be interested in doing and the location. I felt like she was really trying to find my a role that would suit my experience and what I was after. Caitlin identified a job that sounded great and kept me updated every step of the way with regards to my application being submitted, liaising with the company so that I could have a remote interview during my work lunch hour. Caitlin immediately contacted me for feedback as to how it went. She took the time to keep in contact with the company to see if there were any updates after my interview and phoned me as soon as I was successful. Caitlin also took the time to reassure me about notice periods and references and things like that. She also liaised with the company when I said I didn't want to hand my notice into my present job so that I could get an employment contract signed quickly given the time pressures involved. I was anxious about changing roles and uncertain about things. I asked a lot of questions in emails but was never made to feel a bother or a nuisance. I felt supported every step of the way. I was really worried about being able to find another job but the whole process was great - thank you to Caitlin and to Reed too.
