Recently used Richard Black at Staff Finders to help recruit a couple of Ops Manager for our plant and line. It was the first time we had engaged with Staff Finders so were stepping out of comfort zone a little. From our first meeting that disappeared. Richard put us completely at ease and was clearly a subject matter expert in this field, he knew more about what we needed than us! His manner was very engaging, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Kept us informed and up to date along the way without being too much of an overhead.
