Recently used richard black at staff finders to help recruit a couple of ops manager for our plant and line. it was the first time we had engaged with staff finders so were stepping out of comfort zone a little. from our first meeting that disappeared. richard put us completely at ease and was clearly a subject matter expert in this field, he knew more about what we needed than us! his manner was very engaging, trustworthy and knowledgeable. kept us informed and up to date along the way without being too much of an overhead. i felt i could trust richard to do the work in the background and inform me when i need to be informed not telling me every step of the recruitment journey. overall richard was very professional experience from beginning to end, with no time wasted. a thoroughly likeable and professional individual who i won’t hesitate using again in the future. one of the best recruitment agents and agencies we have dealt with.
