Apex provided an excellent service with a complete roof removal and replacement on our house completed within a week. the apex boys were very polite and respectful and left the house and garden clean and tidy on completion of the work. special thanks to james baillie where was open and cooperative all through the project and was very understanding of some of our particular needs. i would recommend apex to anyone considering roofing work.

After incessant problems with our tenement roof over a twenty-year period, despite numerous attempted fixes, we finally opted to have an inspection by an independent surveyor. the survey report was then circulated to 6 roofing companies with an invitation to present a quote based on the report. apex were quick to respond--we had their fully detailed quote within a week. other companies came to inspect the roof but most either refused the work or gave us empty promises to submit a quote, then delayed the process for several months by not following up with the paperwork. eventually, we ended up with two quotes of which apex was the most detailed and competitive. after their quote was accepted, apex were quick to commence work and scaffolding was erected within a week. they started early each morning and worked away with minimum fuss and disruption to residents. all the old roofing material and chimney cladding was stripped and collected regularly for disposal. the work was completed quickly and appears to be of a very high standard. we cannot thank scott and his pleasant, helpful staff enough and would like to express our gratitude for their cheerful and professional approach. in short, we would be happy to recommend apex roofing contracts ltd to any prospective customers.

Our flat garage roof had started to show signs of leakage. we had a good quote from apex so we got them to carry out the repairs which was to strip off the old roofing material and replace with 3 layers of new roofing. we arranged a mutual date for the work to start, weather dependent and they kept me informed of any changes. the work took about a day and a half to complete. the workmen arrived promptly on both days, carried out the required repairs including the replacement of a couple of weathered roof boards. everything was left neat and tidy. i am very pleased with the work carried out.

We used apex roofing contracts to remove a tree that was growing out of the front elevation. using a cherry picker they removed the tree, cleared the gutters and performed slate repairs to the front and rear of the property. they also allowed our drainage company to go up in the cherry picker to unblock a drain on the top floor from the outside of the property. price was competitive, quick responses and from booking job to turning up was within the 10 day window they promised. in my 20 years in property i am really impressed with the price and quality of service. well done apex
