Called to see if stair entry phone could be repaired..appointment made and kept,no messing,fault diagnosed and engineer said office will quote. Quote arrived speedily and I was offered a repair date which again was on time.( I didn't get there as my car had a slight engine problem..at only 247,000 miles!),engineer phoned me and cracked on and did fix. Tenant well pleased ,cheers, Graham.

Alarm fitted a few years ago. Martin does the service every year. He always provides such personal service and goes over and above what we expect. He is so friendly and helpful. He is very knowledgeable and spends time explaining options I can consider to improve my house safety rather than rushing away to next job.

SSS Engineers came to our main site to repair our intruder panel of all faults & fitted new sensors to all the main workshop doors & exits. The Engineers - Michael & Lucas were excellent - & did a first class job. The system is functioning perfectly. Many thanks

Alarm installation on 21st August '23, undertaken by Davide and Rhys, who arrived promptly and completed the installation in a very efficient, helpful, tidy, and polite manner. Both took the time to discuss the system, which I'm very happy with. The prior engagement with SSS was very positive and quick, and I'd happily recommend them.

We got in touch with SSS to do a takeover on our alarm system along with some other bits & bobs. Amy was very responsive and helpful with her replies and managed to get us a short-notice appointment. The engineers were really helpful and knowledgeable during their visit and couldn't do enough to help. Great first impressions!
