I had a lovely shopping experience at the edinburgh store on princes street. the staff were so friendly and welcoming. sadly i didn’t catch any of their names, but all three members that were in the store on saturday 14th gave me great customer service, making my visit to the store a delight. and i love my new boots. superb, luxury product that you don’t have to go through pain and a heap of plasters to break in! thank you!

This shop is not frequented by me much anymore, as they stopped selling children's shoes on the premises! i brought my children here in the 1990's and continued with each of my grandchildren, so usually a considerable amount of money was spent. i also have some health issues, meaning that footwear choices have changed over recent years. while i love the quality, a trip especially into edinburgh to look for shoes post pandemic is not really my thing these days. such a great pity, as i really enjoyed my frequent trips to russell & bromley.

Went in here yesterday to look at boots. all the staff were very nice but we were served by a lovely young man in a check suit. he was a great salesman! offered the shoe care products which i declined.then he pointed out the lovely bags i could also buy!! husband nearly had a fit and had to take him for a beer 😊it was very amusing. would recommend shopping here and i am very pleased with my fab combat boots.

Love the new store in the st james quarter! a new home but the same friendly welcome on arrival and great service thereafter. i needed a belt and the gentleman serving made sure that not only did i get a belt which fit me properly but really looked the part. i'd have bought a pair of sneakers too if i didn't already have too many at home!
