Fantastic experience from start to finish! Staff couldn’t have been nicer. I had a lovely facial by Nuha and my skin felt great! Would highly recommend Yuspa, Apex Hotel, Waterloo Place, Edinburgh!

My husband and I booked the time for two spa afternoon here after the EMF. We had never been before. I have to say it was exceptional. The service from the start was impeccable. The food was delicious. The spa manager was so friendly and welcoming it made the whole experience really relaxed. She went above and beyond to accommodate our time there to make it special and the therapists also gave a fantastic massage! The spa was so quiet and relaxed Very impressed with this place and will return the next time we are in Edinburgh. Thankyou Yu Spa X

Nuha was my facial goddess and she was amazing!! This was my first facial and it was just about the most relaxing thing ever. The massage was fab and so were the products used. Nuha also gave me loads of skincare advice at the end which was so appreciated. 10/10 recommend!

I had a wonderful neck, shoulder and back massage, with facial and scalp massage too. Flora was such a wonderful therapist and talked through everything with me first. I then was able to enjoy the spa facilities and a glass of bubbly. It was a wonderful experience, thank you so much.

Apex Waterloo spa did not disappoint. Absolutely spotless and gorgeous facilities. We had a ‘twilight’ package and for the price this is extremely good value for money. Our masseuse Flora was incredible, I have never been so relaxed in treatment before and she made us both feel so comfortable, lovely and friendly staff. Claire who met us at the reception went above and beyond, she was so welcoming and accommodating and we both felt the staff were really top tier. Sometimes I can feel let down or disappointed after a spa day but this was certainly worth returning and recommending. Our dinner in the evening was also great, both food and staff. Not a bad word to say, thank you team Waterloo apex!
