Miller & Carter Edinburgh City Centre

Great experience at Miller & Carter. Atmosphere and decor were spot on. Really created the setting. Our host was kateryna and she was really helpful recommending steaks, rarity and wines. Everyone of her recommendations were on point. Bill came to £106 that's was for the steak butcher block (pictured) and 4 cocktails which I think it's not bad considering the level of steak you are receiving. Highly recommend the fillets and the beef dripping sauce. Will definitely go back

We came to celebrate anniversary on a Sunday. Great service with lovely staff. Our server Marika was amazing. 10/10 would recommend. And as a bonus we were able to get the Sunday menu which was a bargain.

Very elegant restaurant, and great atmosphere and nice decor. Despite being notorious for their beautifully cooked steak, the menu offers also vegetarian and fish alternatives. The service was excellent and food divine. Good selection of dessert, including the classical chocolate browning or sricky toffee pudding beautifully presented.

I didn't have a reservation, I was greeted very hospitably at the entrance to the restaurant. The young bespectacled gentleman immediately showed me my table. I just waited a little long for my drink orders to be taken. But service was good overall. The calamari from the starters was quite a small portion. The greens they put on it for decoration were stale. In general, the greenery they used for the decor was stale. But I ignored that. Because the Steak I ordered was quite well cooked. It was very soft, I liked it very much. I've almost finished it. A very good place to eat steak. I recommend.

A great steak restaurant that does steaks really well. On this occasion we tried the burger and the ribs. Both were delicious. The menu rightfully highlights the meat options and has a nice variety for everyone one to enjoy. The atmosphere is nice with a calm interior. The staff are nice and the service was well timed. Overall, I can't find much to fault so far and would recommend them.
