The staff were very helpful. Its all clean and very accessible (once you are there - I have a car). The rates were a bit confusing because of all the deals etc. Insurance is mandatory and extra. But still it works out reasonable rates for an excellent service and very helpful staff. Their packaging/boxes look sturdy too so I plan to buy a few more of them.

Needed to some stuff in to storage at the last minute. The people in the office were great, friendly and helpful. The price is reasonable and you get a code so you can enter during opening hours on your own.

Nice, big and clean place

Customer for over 8 years, they've always been friendly and accommodating. And when I had some difficulties, they were understanding, helpful, and good communicators. The storage is dry & safe, with excellent facilities. Thanks guys, my furniture looks like the day I left it.
