Excellent service. Storage units are spotless and well maintained and secure. I stored furniture for over 8 years and all amazingly still in perfect condition. No mold or insects.

From the first inquiry phone call, to the final check out, the customer service we received was fantastic, with particular thanks to Renata, who was so welcoming and made everything straightforward for us. The whole warehouse is always spotless, well lit and well-maintained, which made us feel safe, knowing they looked after everything so well, and our storage was always well protected and secure. Will happily recommend and will be back for any storage needs in future.

I had a great experience from beginning to end with Len Storage. They helped me move into the storage unit and back out again. They were really careful with my things and took care to show me all my furniture stacked in the van reassuring me that they were safe. Staff are really friendly and made my whole moving experience alot less stressful. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service from Magda and Fraser, very positive and smooth experience. Good prices compared to other self storage in the area. The only drawback is some hidden costs such as the compulsory insurance - the website could be clearer on that.
