My daughter went here to get her ears pierced for the first time, the piercer sarah was so good with her and made her feel really calm. my daughter loves her new earrings and i’m sure we’ll be back for more! highly recommended for tweens/teens 👍

I was at studio xiii for the first time today, the start of a large project. i knew i was in safe, caring and friendly hands from the moment i arrived. i already knew my chosen artist very well (courtenay dickson, she’s incredible) but all staff were so lovely and helpful, especially considering i have additional support needs at the moment due to ongoing health issues. i’m so thankful for this, i had a lovely and fun day. staff are all also clearly very knowledgeable and take pride in what they do. thanks guys!

Sarah is just the best! the staff is all very welcoming and helpful with booking appointments or seeing clients in emergency situations. sarah pierced my nostril, which has been notorious for not healing well in the past due to other piercers mistakes. it's healing beautifully! i highly recommend sarah for her extensive piercing experience, friendly banter, and overall positive/less painful piercing experience. the shop is clean and they have a larger range of jewelry options than other shops in the area. 10/10, my go-to shop!

Can i just say how amazing all your staff and services are and i have received outstanding service from them. i came in to enquire re new piercings and to get some custom work done, ellie was fantastic and i got my piercings done yesterday and i love them!! she was friendly, professional and made me feel at ease and super knowledge and a true expert! i def will be getting my side piece done with yourselves and cannot thank and recommend you guys enough, have a great day :)

Great studio staff are extremely friendly and the studio is literally just off the royal mile perfect location to get to and if booked in for a full day session plenty of food places nearby to grab a snack including a cafe next door. all the artists are pretty laid back and chilled no arrogance or awkward atmosphere which i’ve experienced in other studios. also have to mention tomek fantastic artist
