Faisal was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. with two toddlers in toe with us we arrived to book our flights, faisal was great with the kids and sorted them out with the wifi codes and expertly arranged our flights for us and at much better prices than simply searching google or skyscanner. excellent service and we will definitely be back and recommend others.
I hadn't travelled for two years before going to this agency. i always paid more the 300£ to go to italy, with these guys i paid 112£!!! the staff is very friendly, ready and available to solve any kind of problem, i was helped very well with all the procedures required for the current covid situation, i hadn't to worry about anything, i strongly recommend this place, i'll be back for sure!
Faisal opened the shop after closing time for us as we arrived late (close 230pm saturday). very helpful and informative. highly recommended
