Trailfinders Edinburgh

Attentive as ever, and for the first time i actually visited an office (even though we've used them as our preferred agent for years and years). it's generally difficult to get through to trailfinders on the phone and involves a wait, which can be irritating, but the service really is worth the wait. today though, i was looked after in-person by katey in the edinburgh office, and she couldn't have been more helpful with my enquiry re-scheduling a flight, even though i was a 'walk-in' customer rather than one of her own customers. recommended.

The service is very good. the staffs are very friendly and helpful.

I was a bit overwhelmed with the online stuff but worked it out for myself. the travel insurance was prohibitous. was put under a bit of pressure to buy it but did not and will shop around for a more reasonable cover

Normally book holidays myself online but since i was planning a big safari, thought it would be best to get help. trailfinders were fantastic, michelle was so helpful and excited for us. we got our visas done by them too, cost a bit extra but it was done right. highly recommend ☺️

I am so glad i visited today. i was full of trepidation and didn't have a clue in how to organise my trip to india. jenna is a true professional with great insight and information about this vast country. she put my mind at ease and i'm actually looking forward to the adventure that awaits me.
