Highly recommend - an exceptional company that has true guild quality, experienced and skilled professionals. 2 sets of large sofas done to a very high standard within a week. pick up and drop off without hassle and on dates arranged in advance. they were excellent to deal with, great communication, expert craftsmanship, kind and human. i wish more companies thought of skill and service this way.

Really brilliant! i found an armchair and footstool on ebay and a large ottoman, and called absolute upholstery to see if they could transform them. what a job they did -- efficiently, tastefully, with good humour and at top speed. kevin is a craftsman and what a nice guy to deal with. i'll be coming back with other items in the future and i can't recommend them highly enough. i'd give them six stars if that was an option!
Absolutely will use again! kevin did a really good job recovering our dining room chairs including difficult repairs due to hidden damage by a previous upholsterer. he is prompt, courteous and helpful as well as communicating problems and progress - essential aspects often absent from many craftsmen's customer service!
Fantastic work. kevin and his team just upholstered my 4 chairs and i am more than happy with the results! he has been very communicative throughout, sending emails and calling. kevin has a great variety of catalogues with different types of materials and a stunning choice of colours to select from in his workshop. samples of his work are also to see there. he gave his advice and delivered a very prompt service; i did not even expect that it would take less than 2 weeks for all work, starting from the moment i first visited the workshop. the overall quality of the work is superb. i highly recommend his services.
