Really delighted with the reupholstering of a footstool. barry was really helpful coming round with fabric samples and gently helping me decide on the final choice. so pleased with our new look footstool and very impressed by barry's professionalism, completing the job well within the suggested timescale and also to such a high standard. would definitely recommend!

Quality speaks for itself a real pop of colour! if you have any piece of furniture you are thinking of having reupholstered, then look no further than lynch upholstery in edinburgh. i found barry by scouring the reviews and i am delighted i did. he is incredibly helpful, hard working and as you can see extremely talented. on this occasion i had the fabric i wanted, however he has a wide range of materials and patterns available if you are looking for ideas. we discussed the fabric, how the work would be done, how long it would take and the cost (which was very reasonable). he thought it would take a couple of weeks, however it was delivered yesterday, at least a week earlier than expected. i’m thrilled to bits with the end result and have placed a second order with barry because of the high quality of his work. i can highly recommend him and the high standard of his upholstery.

Had no hesitation contacting barry to reupholster two large old sofas, having had him reupholster my dining chairs years ago. i had thought of buying new sofas, but as the frames of the existing ones were in good condition it was more cost effective to have them reupholstered and it saved them from going to land fill. i am absolutely thrilled with the quality of the craftsmanship and the dramatic transformation. barry replaced two seat cushions and the remaining cushions topped up with feathers. i decided to have the footstool done later to match the sofas. the service was outstanding, from an initial home visit with fabric samples, reassuring emails and telephone conversations, to the uplift and return of the furniture. barry is a knowledgeable, professional upholsterer who i can thoroughly recommend.
