Excellent service from the staff at this practice 👍 appointments are always available and the vets are very caring and professional.

Really great practice, very good and caring vets, always managed to get an appointment and was always happy with everything. sadly, we moved out so needed to change the practice but would definitely recommend happy pets to everyone.

We love our vet! they’re always happy to answer any of my questions via email and make space for us whenever we need an appointment for our cat.

We took one of our late guinea pigs to happy vets a number of times over the past year, and were so impressed by the service and care provided. the staff don't patronise or talk differently to you just because you're concerned about a small animal, rather than a cat or dog. our guinea pig fully overcame severe pneumonia that we assumed he wouldn't survive, due a combination of care by us and happy vets' care and interest - providing us with lots of support and free information about measures we could put in place at home on top of various medications. they were genuinely pleased to see him whenever he came in and honest with us about his chances of surviving blood tests and surgery recently, just before he died. we never felt pressured to spend money unrealistically. we received a sympathy card from the practice when he died, with a handwritten note and signed by all members of the team, and this meant so much to us. highly recommended vets.

Happy pets have looked after millie our cat for a few years. unfortunately millie developed cancer. they gave us good clear advice on how to make her last few months comfortable. the cancer spread very quickly and she deteriorated in a matter of days. she passed peacefully and pain free. all the staff have been very kind and supportive to both millie and us. they were very professional and caring. we can't thank them enough for the care they gave millie (and us) over the years. you are all stars
